What "Sale" and "Sharing" Mean

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and similar state laws, a "sale" means disclosing personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, which is advertising based on your activity across different websites.

What We Share and With Whom

When you visit our site, cookies from Google Ads and Google Analytics may collect internet activity such as pages viewed, device and browser information, and IP address. This may be considered "sharing" for advertising purposes. We do not share your name, email address, postal address or payment information for advertising.

Service Providers

We also work with service providers that help us run the store, such as PayPal for payments, our email service provider, and USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL for delivery. These providers use your information only to perform services for us, and these disclosures are not considered a sale or sharing. See our Privacy Policy for the full list.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information in either of these ways:

You do not need an account, and we do not require identity verification for opt-out requests. We will only decline a request if we have a good-faith, documented reason to believe it is fraudulent, and if we do, we will tell you why.

How Long It Takes

We process opt-out requests within 15 business days of receiving them. We will also notify the third parties that received your personal information after your request so they can honor it as well.

Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request for you. The agent must provide written permission signed by you.

Global Privacy Control

Our site does not currently process Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals automatically. To opt out, please email us or use the form on this page.

After You Opt Out

Once you opt out, we will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months.

Consumers Under 16

We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without prior consent. Consumers aged 13 to 15 must opt in themselves, and children under 13 need a parent's or guardian's consent. Our site is not directed to children.

Sensitive Personal Information

We do not collect sensitive personal information, so we do not provide a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link.

Your Other Privacy Rights

You may also ask to know, access, delete or correct your personal information. We respond to these requests within 45 days, and may extend this by a further 45 days with notice to you when needed. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you can appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". We respond within 60 days. If you disagree with our decision, you may contact your state Attorney General.

Non-Discrimination

We will not deny you goods, charge you different prices or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
