Accepted Payment Methods

Checkout is powered by PayPal, our only payment provider. Through PayPal you can pay with:

• Your PayPal balance
• A bank account linked to your PayPal account
• Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover cards through PayPal's guest checkout, without creating a PayPal account

Currency, Taxes and Shipping

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Any applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Standard Shipping is a flat $5.99 and is free on orders over $75. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times.

Payment Security

Our site is served over an encrypted SSL connection, and payments are completed on PayPal's secure checkout. Sporeandgrove does not store your full card details.

Payment Confirmation and Verification

We begin processing an order only after the payment has been confirmed. Some payments may go through additional verification before they are confirmed.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, we may cancel, hold or decline any order that appears fraudulent, and we may request additional information to verify an order before it ships.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need extra time to post the credit. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If Your Payment Does Not Go Through

• Double-check your billing details, card number, expiration date and security code.
• Make sure your PayPal account or card has an available balance or credit and is in good standing.
• Contact your bank or card issuer, as some banks block online payments until you approve them.
