Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- In their original condition and original packaging
- Returned with all tags still attached
We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email.

- Digital products
- Personal care or hygiene products

Approval Is Required
Every return must be approved by our support team before you send anything back. Items sent back without an approved return request may be refused.
How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to return.
- Wait for approval. Our team replies within 1–2 business days.
- Receive your return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
- Pack the items securely and send them back using the label.
- We inspect the returned items when they arrive.
- We issue your refund.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label. Please keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been issued.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds are processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time before the credit appears in your account. We will email you when your refund has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or design, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package seems lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Tracking details are in your shipping confirmation email and on our Track Order page.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they enter processing or shipment. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. There is no cancellation fee, and approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.
